We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during the first use. This usually takes 2-3 hours and sets the 'memory' for future burns.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please email us a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Are your candles made with sustainable materials?
Yes, we use 100% natural soy wax and lead-free cotton wicks. Our fragrance oils are phthalate-free and our glass jars are fully recyclable or reusable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at the final stage of checkout.
